Ty McKee, President/Managing Member
During the course of Mr. McKee's twenty-two year career in Environmental Remediation and Emergency Response, he has personally managed over 2,500 incidents and participated in countless others. Prior to founding AIE in 2007, Ty worked in both Operational and Executive Management positions for two of the industry's largest firms. While having a broad array of experience and expertise, he is most knowledgeable with regard to large scale, high-hazard Emergency Response and Remediation projects. Mr. McKee holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Geology from Tarleton State University, in addition to numerous technical and professional certifications.
R. Derek Tuttle, Executive Vice President
Mr. Tuttle has spent the majority of his professional career in both Program and Executive Management roles. Prior to joining AIE in 2012, Derek served in Operations and Program Management roles in the Aerospace Industry. Mr. Tuttle has full P&L responsibility for the company and has been instrumental in the award of numerous Federal and State contracts; to include OSRO Emergency Response for the U.S. Department of Energy Strategic Petroleum Reserves and Texas Department of Public Safety Clandestine Lab and Hazardous Waste Response. Derek holds an MBA in Accounting from Dallas Baptist University, a BBA in International Business from Texas Christian University, and is a Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt.
Paul Pickett, Business Director
Mr. Pickett has over 20 years experience as a logistical/supply chain professional, with the majority of his career focused on international business. He accepted the environmental role of Business Development in 2012, and has since become the managing Business Director for AIE. Paul uses his vast knowledge and business skills to coordinate company efforts in assisting our client’s needs. By using a needs analysis approach to project management, he is able to reduce and control our customers cost and liability. Mr. Pickett holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Operations from DeVry University.
Devon Tuttle, Vice President of Operations
Mr. Tuttle has spent the duration of his career in the Environmental Management and Emergency Response industries. Devon has a diverse background in Project and Operations Management; overseeing projects across the United States, the Caribbean, and Europe. Most notably, Mr. Tuttle excels in the management of large scale Remediation, Construction and Emergency Response projects; consistently completing projects, with significant road blocks to success, on schedule, within budget and incident free. Mr. Tuttle studied Land Management at Texas Christian University and is a Radiation Safety Officer (RSO).
